Mike Wofford
Chairman and CEO
Mike Wofford is an IT executive with extensive transaction experience both domestic and internationally. Mr. Wofford’s 30 year career includes stints with global leaders in financial (FDR and ACI), broadband/cable and telecom (CSG/Kenan/ICMS) industries, with core competency in PMO leadership implementing local, regional and national technology solutions encompassing more than 30 countries. Mr. Wofford founded Planet Group Inc. in 1996, a large IT consulting company for Fortune 100 clients in financial, health, distribution and government verticals with core competency in web services and application development. Mr. Wofford holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with specializations in banking and finance.
Bill Coffey
Chief Sales Officer
Bill Coffey is responsible for corporate international business development. He directs large technology solution sales to a variety of foreign markets. Mr. Coffey's international career began with ACI Worldwide, where he was the Director of Sales and Marketing for Latin America, with a focus on large banks, national switches, large retailers and associations in Latin America. He continued his career with Planet Group Inc. until leaving in 2009 to join Global Transaction Services Group. Mr. Coffey is adept at working with global partnering organizations to deliver highly complex projects involving multiple vendors and solutions in international markets. He is also the current general manager of GTSG subsidiary, Custom Applications and Solutions Marketing, a distribution company for technology solutions. He holds degrees in Business and International Business from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and The American Graduate School of International Management in Arizona.
Teressa Brookshire
Chief Legal Officer
Teressa Brookshire offers nearly 30 years of legal contract expertise. In her role, Ms. Brookshire manages every aspect of legal and corporate documentation and compliance. She is also responsible for due diligence of acquisitions, standardization of processes and procedures, disseminating financial data, coordinating budgets and spending, as well as managing a number of other key financial activities. Ms. Brookshire examines performance requirements, delivery schedules, and estimates project costs. She is also responsible for bid review and acceptance making sure all bids conform to contract requirements. Prior to joining GTSG, Ms. Brookshire held senior legal positions at Berkshire Hathaway Inc., ConAgra Inc., The Nielsen Company, America First Companies L.L.C. (n/k/a The Burlington Capital Group LLC), and Planet Group Inc.
Vicki Anzalone
Vice President Security Solutions
Vicki Anzalone is an executive with nearly 20 years experience in strategic planning, operations, and organizational leadership in both startup and growth oriented organizations. She has provided strategic oversight, development and coordination of sales and operational functions including product delivery, inventory management, fulfillment and customer/corporate service. With her experience in operations and finance, Anzalone has a demonstrated expertise in increasing sales production and revenues, raising customer service levels and enhancing operational efficiency. During the course of her career, Anzalone has held senior positions in national and regional firms such as ADP, World Media Company, Inc. and ITI Marketing Services where she led efforts to build and staff more client-focused and efficient service delivery infrastructures.
Bill Morrison
Vice President, Mobile Solutions
Bill Morrison has a diverse executive leadership background of more than 20 years with corporate and non-profit organizations. Mr. Morrison’s career includes roles as the Chief Operating Officer for Easter Seals Nebraska, Vice President of Enterprise Services with Jackson Hewitt Tax Services and Vice President of Authorization Processing with First Data Corporation. In these roles, Bill has developed strong core competencies which include improving operational efficiencies, project management, strategic planning and business development. Bill has industry experience with payment and tax processing, card services, human services and transportation coordination. Bill is active in non-profit board development having previously chaired the Board of Directors for the National Association of Street Schools and the Nebraska Public Transportation Coalition. His involvement also includes participation in advisory committees for the Omaha Street School, Open Door Mission, Salvation Army and Special Needs Council of the BSA.
